The office is not a comfortable environment, front and back office. I was not greeted with a warm friendly welcome, I felt like I was bothering the receptionist by showing up for my appointment. I have been there on 5 occasions hoping for a friendlier experience but was disappointed all 5 times. When questioning the long wait time I was abruptly told “they will be with you soon” .
