These guys are crooks , I took my mower to them for service , I asked for them to sharpen blades, change oil, rebuild carburetor and they charged me over $250 and they did absolutely nothing to my machine, I later took it to Alan lawn mowers in Norwalk and they checked out my mower , and they gave me an estimate that included what supposedly these crooks performed on my mower. Called in regards to repairs. Guy non-chalantly said it would take over a week to look at a piece of small gardening equipment. I understand repairs can take longer depending on parts and lead times but to simply look at something I felt was extremely off putting as if new buisness is not welcome.
Dropped off my mower to have the blade checked out, no word for 2 weeks, dropped by the shop and was told he will call me the next day, no call, week later went in again mower was in the same spot as when I dropped it off. I took it and now looking for another repair shop. Don't waste your time with these guys!
Didn't do what I asked, forgot about my lawnmower. I had to call and remind them, and they mickeymouse the fix. Then they charged me $100 for doing nothing. Not going there again
Great service. Fixed my power washer. Did complete tune up etc for under 100
