I visited a relative at the facility in Ghent, NY last evening. I have to give kudos to the caregivers. What a compassionate group of people. We got there at 10 pm. You would have thought it was 10 am from the energy level of the staff. They were supportive and informative without being intrusive. These people have an incredibly difficult job, and from the nursed to the aides I thank them all for their care and compassion.
Great place for rehab,(Westborough) the staff is very helpful and caring!
Whittier is great the staff helped my husband greatly.he was a patient of Whittier for several weeks excellent care he goes to PT now. Has a prosthetic leg thanks to Cornell orthotics could not ask for more life is good Thank
My family member was at Nemasket nursing home this past year and we all were very happy with his time there. The nurses and care aides were always nice and helpful. The building was always clean and the food looked better than most hospital foods I have seen. Would definitely go back there, but hopefully everyone stays healthy and we don’t have to.
Place is aweful the administration never takes your calls Donna is aweful to when your family wants to talk to her she always has an excuse the old lady in Activities is a bitch my family member said she yelled at her one day while playing bingo she spends a lot of time favoring other residents the CNA Nicole is very nice my aunt really likes her she is great so Nemaskett healthcare needs to be closed down place sucks the old Administrator was really nice why don't the nurses give out medication in a resident room think the ... read more
