Good Dr Nurses on shit are very professional Good
Great doctor but horrible nurses / assistants. I been taking my kids here for years and I still get the same bad attitude from these ladies like if you hate your job that much find a new one. It’s even hard to get simple paperwork for my children. Really wish I could’ve stayed here because the doctor is amazing but the lack of communication and respect won’t let me. Enter the bldg on Philadelphia, park in rear. Homeless camp and beer cans in rear parking. Very scary for being a medical and pediatric doctor. I reported to staff, and there aware. They said, "we know. We call the police but they don't come. You can park somewhere else if you don't feel safe." Not a good response for me to accept.
With all these comments I read from the patients they are so right that's why I stopped going to that clinic years ago
Omg let me just start off by saying this place is a joke.... the nurse practitioner was very nice but the way that place is ran sucks. I had an appointment at 10 the office was closed until 1045 !! Wow Then I sat in the lobby for 30 mins until they got all their stuff situated. I tried making another appointment for a few weeks after and the receptionist tells me I'll book you for 1230 but the doctor shows up when ever.
