Terrible staff, terrible service, dont go here.
I had an amazing experience here overall 5/5! Everyone was very nice and welcomed me with smiles! The young lady at the front desk, Alexis if i remembered correctly, was very helpful and even talked me down from my nerves. They all made the pricing and steps extremely clear and I never want to go to another dentistry again! Would recommend!
I had a concerning patient safety experience at this office. I explicitly informed the surgeon that I have a penicillin allergy, yet I was prescribed amoxicillin afterward. This significantly undermined my confidence in the office’s attention to documented allergies and patient safety protocols. As someone with multiple allergies (including latex concerns), this was especially alarming. My daughter had an 11:00 AM appointment and it is now almost noon. We have been waiting close to an hour with no end in sight. The reason given is that they were unable to verify my insurance. This is particularly frustrating because both my regular dentist and orthodontist have never had any difficulty verifying the same insurance. What makes this situation worse is the process itself. Took me weeks to set up and arrange this appointment, after to speaking with staff about sedation options. Get here, sedation is not Offered. I’m like ok let’s try an alternative route because I NEED this service done. Stephan Park is like ohhh just call USC they can do it. I inform him I’ve tried that . He presses on , just give them a call. And walks out . Visit over. 1 hour drive, Time wasted. If u look like them im sure you’ll receive better service . Very disappointing
