Root canal retreatment was done here in just an hour. Dr. Woo was very knowledgeable and experienced. The receptionists were always willing to accommodate me and answer my questions. The dental assistants were also very kind and attentive throughout my visits. Overall, I had a good experience with the office. Thumbs up to the positivity in every direction.

I had an amazing experience here overall 5/5! Everyone was very nice and welcomed me with smiles! The young lady at the front desk, Alexis if i remembered correctly, was very helpful and even talked me down from my nerves. They all made the pricing and steps extremely clear and I never want to go to another dentistry again! Would recommend!
I had a concerning patient safety experience at this office. I explicitly informed the surgeon that I have a penicillin allergy, yet I was prescribed amoxicillin afterward. This significantly undermined my confidence in the office’s attention to documented allergies and patient safety protocols. As someone with multiple allergies (including latex concerns), this was especially alarming. My daughter had an 11:00 AM appointment and it is now almost noon. We have been waiting close to an hour with no end in sight. The reason given is that they were unable to verify my insurance. This is particularly frustrating because both my regular dentist and orthodontist have never had any difficulty verifying the same insurance. What makes this situation worse is the process itself.
