I lived there for 3 years and I didn’t have any complaint about the place. After 3 years, I moved out and was trying to reach out the office on Monday to drop off the keys since my leasing ends on a Saturday that they were closed, I called them with the best of intentions when Brooke started being super rude and telling me they will charged me for every day the keys were not at the floor of her office. I think they should have better mood with people, and learn how to communicate things.

This was my first apartment. I did my research and prayed that I would find an apartment that was safe and comfortable. I read so many horror stories about apartments and landlords. I was blessed to have found this property. There was no roaches! Which was another thing on my list. I had my own stairwell. All the staff live on the property and are very understanding. If I could I would stay longer. I recommend this place 100%

This place is not protective of it's tenets. There have been several crimes here. The majority of the crimes have been cars having their wheels stolen. Yes this is an epidemic in Houston, but after several occurrences here the owner and management should have invested on a security camera system. However they did not when the first incident took place and have not now more than 10 incidents in. We get emails about the monitoring of what can be kept in the balconies, the feeding of stray cats, and other petite non life threat... read more

I must say this complex has surpassed my expectations since visiting my daughter for the past 2 yrs. I am pleased to know my daughter resides in this gated complex . This place is very well kept, the pool is always clean and the landscaping always seems practically manicured. Kudos to the management department. Great job!👍
