No.. Not friendly.. Very strict rules.. Not family oriented. Does NOT like pets or children playing. It is for white collar working class without friends, family, quiet.. No fun or gatherings. Property itself is well maintained. Nice if you are a robot or old person that makes no noise whatsoever, and have no social life. Staff is AI. IF YOU'RE YOUNG AND LIKE TO HAVE FUN.. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I lived there for 3 years and I didn’t have any complaint about the place. After 3 years, I moved out and was trying to reach out the office on Monday to drop off the keys since my leasing ends on a Saturday that they were closed, I called them with the best of intentions when Brooke started being super rude and telling me they will charged me for every day the keys were not at the floor of her office. I think they should have better mood with people, and learn how to communicate things.

This was my first apartment. I did my research and prayed that I would find an apartment that was safe and comfortable. I read so many horror stories about apartments and landlords. I was blessed to have found this property. There was no roaches! Which was another thing on my list. I had my own stairwell. All the staff live on the property and are very understanding. If I could I would stay longer. I recommend this place 100%
