Prices need to be more realistic

I'm sorry you feel that way! The $2.50/minute is for both guys while they are there, not $2.50 separate. They charge that amount while they are on the property only, not during the trip there or after to the next and not for a continued 8-hr day, so what you have listed above is not representative of what we make a year and why would you try to figure that out anyway. I'm sorry I don't mean to be rude, but I am just trying to understand why you think we are so expensive.
Had to wait 10 days to get my back flow preventer fixed & he came on Saturday & I'm a little shocked at the $60 service call to begin with before the parts & labor! The labor at least should be part of the service call!!

Sorry about the long wait, Bruce. This has been a rough year with all the ALLO damages we have had to repair, so we got a little farther behind than we expected. Hopefully everything is up and running now though and we truly do appreciate your business and hope to work with you for many more years.
I was very pleased with the service that Whittemore provided. This was my first time using the company. The workers kept me updated on their arrival time, they were able to take care of all issues, were competent, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing sprinkler repair!
