I have been attempting to resolve a billing issue since April 2019. After a routine cleaning, I was informed my new insurance didn’t cover the cleaning and I had to pay. I discovered my new insurance did cover a routine cleaning and I promptly called the office to receive a credit. After many phone calls and email , I have received the run around from both Brooke an Hollie. I am told, “It’s out of our hands”....”Corporate is looking into this.” Since April 2019. The staff is friendly and personable. Rosalyn is so kind and thoughtful of the patients needs. She is always stopping to make sure the patient is comfortable.
