I was quite disappointed with my experience with Whitt Ross. I felt as though I was never a priority client because we had a budget (albeit a modestly high one) that we tried to stick to. Leading up to the day, we were constantly promised things that were not true or not within budget, she was always late to meetings, and she never made us feel like a priority - even a week away from the wedding.
