Paid nearly 10 dollars for a thimble full of melted ice cream. It's easily 78 degrees in there and understaffed so by the time you get your order, everything is melted. To give an idea of the portions, my partner ordered an 8 dollar sundae and it came in a 10 oz container. Ridiculous. Just go to Culver's or DQ. Better portions and you actually get ice cream instead of a melted mess.
They have good frozen custard but unfortunately our experiences with them haven’t been great. Two out of the three times we have ordered ice cream cakes from them they have been wrong when we picked them up, and their hours are almost never up to date, so even if you checked their website and Google page to make sure they are open, you may show up and they already closed an hour before anything said they would.
