I went in two weeks ago for a physical and to meet Doctor Alexander Simao. I was on time. I was there for almost an hour waiting to see the doctor. A wonderful nurse was helping me and getting to know me as a person. She tells me the doctor will be in shortly to see you. Before that happens she comes back and goes your going to have to give us a urine. I’m not there for parole, probation or drug court. I’m there for a physical. Tried for three weeks to get my son in for new patient appointment. You only have one shot to callat 8:00 am on MOdays. Fine. Three straight weeks of calling and waiting on hold for OVER an hour to be told to just try again next week. I literally had to clock in late twice. NO other operational way to get my son seen? They don't give a lick about helping, and they clearly don't care about us.
