We just bought a new Escape from Brandon Thomas. Brandon went above and beyond anything he needed to do. My wife is having hip problems and difficulty getting into our explorer. He took our explorer, an edge and an escape, parked them side by side and let her try all three to see what was best for her. My visit to Whitmoyer started out like the course of my year -- unlucky. As I drove in, the car I had my eye on was pulling out. I decided to go in anyway, and made the acquaintance of Lance Patton. Just when it looked like there wasn't anything available in my price range, an idea flashed in his head and he told me to sit tight and he'd be back. He returned with a 2018 Chevy Trax that had hit the lot the previous day and was in the process of being detailed. Lance saved the day! I love, love, love my car.
Lance Patton has always provided expert advice and honest presentation and demonstration of the inventory. He has always been trustworthy and has never tried to pressure me when I was shopping. He has listened to my needs and found a product that was suitable.
