Whitmoyer Auto group makes car buying fast, easy and fun! A special thank you to my car salesman Matthew Beaver for his professionalism, patience and wide range of knowledge. He went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted and worked around my schedule.
I bought my Jeep Wrangler in Feb 2015 from salesman Matt Beaver. He worked with me to minimize time spent at the dealership to get my payment where I wanted it to be.. I walked out with gas in my tank and a clean Jeep! If you're in the market for new or used ask for Matt!
Disrespectful and rude. The customer service we received from sales member Brandon Thomas and his sales manager Dwayne Erbwas one of the worst car experiences that we have had. Selling a car with tires barely passing inspection to family with small children and having no regard to remedy the situation, shame on you! Disclosing personal financial information to third parties is illegal as well. Also they will change the price once you are ready to make a purchase. Buyer beware. STAY AWAY. Just an warning.
Never buy a car here!!!! I've had it 4 months. It left me stranded twice with a dead battery. Service said it was fine after first time. Second time I was told it was because of "extreme" weather. Seriously?! It was 78 degrees! You would think they would simply offer to put in a new one. Think again.
Won't be back for service or purchasing again. Lost a long time customer.
Just bought my 2009 Hyundai Elantra here yesterday! It was a wonderful and easy experience. The staff was very considerate to our budget, and made sure we got the car we wanted at a price we could afford. I will definitely be recommending this specific dealership to others :)
