I have been a patient at this clinic for over 10 years. While the doctors and nurses themselves are generally friendly and helpful, the administrative side of this practice is consistently disappointing, particularly scheduling, billing, and front desk operations. Rude staff, false information on there website
One of the worst medical providers I have experienced. It took hours to get the app portal working because they entered my info incorrectly and I’ve been trying to get a response for over a week with two messages sent via the portal and I’ve called four times.
Terrible service. My records were entered correctly and it takes numerous calls and emails to get them to follow up on appts etc that they say they will follow up on. It’s one of the worst places I’ve been.
