I currently am a resident and let me just DO NOT RENT THROUGH CPR they are trash and will treat you like trash. We have had several issues that management seems to ignore. Stolen property and property damage made by other tenets and management doesn’t care. They tried to over charge and lie about lease agreement and policy. Especially Paula who is the property she is a narcissist, senile and hostile. She has no respect for anyone but herself and is completely disrespectful.

Lived here 3 months now, good cheap (compared to places up north, and looks like it's going through overhaul. Half the apartments look brand new, other half are on their way to be. Also live fireplaces which are kinda nice.
High rents. No management. Vandal, hoodlum children throughout. Little to no maintenance. Rodents and roaches.
I only put one star to get this seen. Horrible place to rent from. The main office took away the onsight manager. To get a hold of anyone you would have to call the main office. Calls rarley ever returned. Will increase your rent as many times as they can. The place always has garbage all over, looks like trash. Swimming pool is gross. Always looks dirty.
