The owner David approached my family after a windstorm after awkwardly following us in the street. He offered to fix our roof he had a nice business card and a binder with the company name on it. He showed us a Buffalo license and insurance cards. We let this man into our house. My real big regret. Months passed and we were playing phone tag. David came over to respond to an emergency call for a leak on the wall over my fireplace. He got up on the roof with me and diagnosed it as a chimney problem, not the roof. He wouldn't accept an offer to pay for his trip. Stand-up guy and trustworthy.
It takes a person of incredible integrity to admit that their services are not required, and David was kind enough to walk me through steps to get through winter after a bitumen roof leak that I managed to seal. He is polite, professional and really knows his stuff.
Check the BBB for this "company." They don't actually do the work. They take your money and do not show up and stop answering all calls/texts. There are SEVERAL other families who have been ripped off by them. Do a background check on the owner and look into this company. Please, do not give them any money as it will be gone. They have their friends write fake positive reviews. Notice how there's a lot very close to each other.
If you are in need of work on your roof or even just an expert to check your roof to see if it needs any maintenance or repair, Whitman Metal & Roofing Inc is an excellent choice. David, the owner, is professional, honest & a great guy. He worked on my roof when I owned a house and I was so pleased with his work. He's incredibly nice & truly knows his stuff.
