Lost 10 karat sapphire and didn’t take any responsibility in holding onto or looking. His reply was “after a year I throw it out”. Even though he asked to hang onto it as he lost his gem guy in Toronto due to health reason and he would look for another guy in the mean time. When I went back to inquire about it he look at me like I had two heads, “I don’t hold onto pieces that long”.
