Seems friendly and honest. The guy handling the phone definitely can be more professional if im interested in business with them. Maybe at least act like you care or want my business??? Left confused. I got the number off google. Asked for the name of the place one more time before I hung up. got advice to go somewhere else instead. So I guess that’s what I’m doing
Do not buy your own parts it will not save you money. Doesn't matter if its right or wrong; the best parts on the market... they will charge you more for labor doing so
I have used Whitlow's Automotive several times in the past years and they have always done an Excellent Job for a Reasonable Price and have done the best they could to resolve all my automotive issues. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who has Automotive problems.
I am very pleased with the service that I got, these guys are very trustworthy and do a great job.
