Horribly rude lady answered the phone today, I was calling for a bankruptcy consultation. She was very short and said in a very fast way “we don’t do those” I said well your website says you do “hmmm……” she was even reluctant to offer a referral to someone who does. You are in a people business, is this the kind of representation they would give me in court? Is this the kind of accuracy and communication I would receive as a client? SEE PICTURES OF YOUR WEBSITE. Maybe fix that and get someone up front that has people skills.
I engaged Elizabeth Wieneke to help me with some legal matters after my husband suffered a stroke. She was wonderful! Kind, considerate, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone needed help with elder law matters.
