My water AFTER Whitlock’s came out for the third time. I’m pretty certain it’s relative to a water heater they replaced prior to my moving in. Julie was rude, talked over me and then said they wouldn’t repair it at all (again: it’s their work that caused the problem) and I would have to call someone else when I finally asked if I may speak. Whitlock’s is knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. They stand behind their work and their employees are always professional. The have installed our cooktop gas lines, toilets, shower and free stand tub. They do it all from repair to remodel!
We had a leak and someone came out the same day. The gentleman was very courteous and professional. He explained what he had to do and why and answered all my questions. Worked quickly and efficiently and had us back in business in a couple of hours. Also, the young lady who answered the phone was very sweet. When that’s your first interaction with a company that’s also very important!
