Would not recommend using this company, their agent Jennifer Collins is so unprofessional. Schedule to view a home to rent, she was not available, agreed to meet her at a time she was available, in the same day, she called me back, tried to get me to agree to be able to rent a home, which I have not seen, on a date that was not suitable for me, she stated she did not want to drive to meet me if, I was not going to be able to get by a specific date. If I could give negative stars I would. The manager, Jennifer, is the worst person I have ever dealt with for customer service. She has either got to be related to someone in the company or something else, because I cannot imagine why she is still the manager after all the negative reviews she receives from my neighbors and from people I recommend to her that try to lease but can never do so because she doesnt show up or "says she is too busy to do her job". Jennifer Mesh is absoluetly horrible, i have never in my life so careless of their job. She is rude, and she gets things done on HER time. She is awful at this job, and i wonder why she has kept it so long. Mr. Whitley may want to do something about her, before all you hear is bad reviews on her. I almost bounced my checking account because they held my rent and deposted them when it was convenient for them. i highly DO NOT recomend using this business, esp not Jennifer.

If looking for a buyer agent to represent you, I recommend not working with Jennifer Mesh @Whitley and Associates. We scheduled a date and time to look at a property they were listing and the agent never showed up to the appointment. She called us the following day explaining that she was sick, but the very least she could have done was given us a call so that we could have avoided wasting our time and the gas to drive across Savannah.
