Root canals are notorious for causing dread, especially for first-timers like me. However, Dr. Patel and his team prioritize patient comfort and care above all. I experienced no pain during the procedure beyond the typical jaw discomfort, and this morning I'm completely pain-free. Great staff!
After a bad fall, knocking out my front teeth, I needed dental care and took chance on Whiting Dental Center , after being dissatisfied with my previous dental care. From the first phone call to make an appointment , to the reassurance when i walked in (i was VERY NERVOUS), Janet and Amy, on the staff were fabulous. Dr Patel was friendly , professional , and explained everything that had to be done but made it seem less overwhelming because he took the time to make sure I was OK. In 60 years I haven’t had a dentist that made me comfortable. His chair side manner is phenomenal. His work is also. I had a lot of work done and I can say he made sure I wasn’t in pain. And that it turned out beautiful. I now can say I smile all the time. Thank You Dr. And your sweet staff.
