I called several days in advance to find out the process and what Whitfill does and doesn't do (and was planning to use their designer). I told them we also need rock and pet friendly artificial grass and asked if they do it or if I need to find someone else. Gabriel told me they do everything. So we arrived this morning to check Whitfill out and be sure we want to hire them since you need to commit to spend at least $500 to use their designer. Great selection and friendly people but an unfortunate experience. I visited the location to look at the tree selection and called the next day to inquire about prices and promotions. I specified the tree I was interested in over the phone and received a great price from the owner. I drove back out, confirmed the tree and reserved it for delivery. As I was checking out and giving the delivery details, the associates talked among themselves and the price jumped by about 40%. I'm still unclear as to why the tree I selected was... read more

Whitfill Nursey donated plants for my son's Eagle Scout project which was building flower boxes and planting plants for an elementary school and Gilbert. We were thrilled when they donated the plants! They were great to work with thank you so much!
We just got our tree and it was such a great experience!! Nick went above and beyond for our family, all the way down to helping us with our elf on the shelf tradition. Will never go anywhere else for any garden or tree needs again!
