It took me two years to write this, but this is the worst experience I have ever had at the dentist. I already don’t have don’t like going to the dentist, but by far this is the worst. I was getting a tooth extracted I can’t even express how painful the experience was for . I expressed to the lady(With a cane) that she was being too rough! Went in for some major work, doc took her time. Front desk was nice along with the manager.
The place has an extremely bad service, with the longest wait time . Receptionist has a nonchalant attitude .The dentist also is not a good one.Avoid the location , try someone else.
This is the worst dentist office ever! My son was scheduled at 4:30 for a teeth cleaning, Remind you they close at 5pm & they still had 2 other patients. When I asked the dentist how much longer the wait would be @ 5:45, she ignored me. every time I’ve tried to schedule an appointment with them I have to wait an hour or more after my appointment time to get seen. HORRIBLE DENTIST! My 6 year old daughter went here for a cleaning and they said that they were going to take x-rays and didn’t. They did not complete her cleaning fully and took away the ballon animal they gave her because she cried. The office manager then got up and slammed her door. The room she was in had dead roaches in it as well! Not to mention, I originally had a 3:00pm appointment and they rushed me to come in so they could leave by 2:00pm. Sad to see medical professionals acting and treating patients so tastelessly
