bro this place sucks. i got there early and waited a bit until the palace opened. the doors were locked and we called the people and had to wait . we finally get inside and it was a long ahh wait and then once i go in for x rays i think . something literally got cut off so they had to fix it which took even longer! then once i finally got to my cleaning it hurt SO BAD! my old dentist never hurt like that before i was literally squirming in my seat!! i would neever go here again and the place is so scary looking too!!

Went in for as a first time patient, came 30 mins early to my appt. No receptionist greeted or assisted me, I waited until 4:45 to be told to complete the intake forms. After completion I was told the doctor had been backed up due to “walk ins”??? Then after that I was told that my insurance was not eligible? Which is odd because they asked for my insurance over the phone when I scheduled the appt. My insurance is not inactive. I called to confirm. Horrible dentist did exceesive work on my brother mouth and his permanent crowns fell completely out if you care about the health of your teeth avoid this place at all cost especially if you have medicaid because they will keep scheduling you just to get that guaranteed payment bewareeeee of this dentist.

Ever since the old doctor left, things have been way better! The wait time is shorter which is definitely a plus. Definitely a big improvement all around! Wait times used to be terrible.

It took me two years to write this, but this is the worst experience I have ever had at the dentist. I already don’t have don’t like going to the dentist, but by far this is the worst. I was getting a tooth extracted I can’t even express how painful the experience was for . I expressed to the lady(With a cane) that she was being too rough! She then proceeded to tell me that she needed to hurry up before the anesthesia wore off. I had to stop her several times because the pain was so unbearable.
