I am a current resident here do not waste your hard-earned money on a place like this! They do not care about you! All they want is your money! My heat went out yesterday and nobody showed up! The furnace is very old and so is the thermostat here in the apartment! I have a five-year-old son who has asthma and so do I. The property manager lied and told the emergency maintenance people who answered the phone that someone would be out within an hour NOBODY SHOWED UP! The property manager lacks communication and never responds to emails unless it’s brought up to management. 0/10 recommend only because of Nichole. Do not move here!
I got denied for a loft in July of 2023. I received my refund it took about four months, they also blocked my number so I can no longer call them. They also didn’t return any of the voicemails I left before. They don’t answer the phone and decide when the office is open.
Impossible to get a hold of anyone here. I’ve called and sent emails on multiple occasions over the past month. No response.
Beware. Beautiful units but too many problems. Management is terrible. Only one maintenance person. Rodents/mice problems. No issues resolved haven’t even lived here a year
