Awesome team! They helped us with the payment issue we had with our card. The car came out so clean and we even got bug spray to stop bugs from accumulating bugs on our screen
Biagio was awesome! As I only had my phone on me and they did not accept Apple Pay he covered my wash. It was my first time ever in a car wash and it was very cool and high quality. I also really loved the free amenities with every wash. Again THANKS BIAGIO
I canceled my WhiteWater Express Car Wash membership approximately 8 months ago, and I have the cancellation email as proof. Despite this, they have continued charging my card every month. So far, they have charged me a total of $183.92 after my membership was canceled, including another charge this month. I have emailed them repeatedly every month asking them to stop the charges, remove my card information, and refund my money, but I have not received a proper response and the charges continue.
