My mother has been a resident at Whitetail Springs for 2 months now and I am very happy we found her such a wonderful new home. The facility is clean and homey, she has been well cared for and enjoys the company of the friendly staff and other residents. As hard as it was to realize I could no longer care for her at home, it is really nice to see her doing so well and to feel good about the choice for her care that we made.
The place was beautifully presented and clean. Friendly staff. They asked that we make the $3000 "community fee" deposit to hold a spot the same day we toured. It is non-refundable. There are several steps to the admission process that they told us about after the fact. My father ended up passing away and did not move in. $3000 seems like a lot of money to do paperwork that may or may not be accepted. Had he moved in, we wouldn't have minded. In retrospect it was an unnecessary donation to their facility.
My mom is well cared for. Staff and facilities are excellent. Very pleased with the services provided and the support given.
Very welcoming and pleasant environment. The activities here are really great and keep the residents active and involved!
