The place was beautifully presented and clean. Friendly staff. They asked that we make the $3000 "community fee" deposit to hold a spot the same day we toured. It is non-refundable. There are several steps to the admission process that they told us about after the fact. My father ended up passing away and did not move in. $3000 seems like a lot of money to do paperwork that may or may not be accepted. Had he moved in, we wouldn't have minded. In retrospect it was an unnecessary donation to their facility.
My mom is well cared for. Staff and facilities are excellent. Very pleased with the services provided and the support given.

At Whitetail Springs Memory Care Facility, the staff and care team keep residents engaged with a variety of activities. The environment is positive and stimulating enough for the type of care that is being provided, but also calm and promotes happy memories with the "homely" decorations and not a facility or institutional feel.
