Dr. Olan (Periodontist) and his assistants were amazing. Getting an implant. No pain, fast, thorough and so nice. And I thought it was so kind he called to check on me. Amazing 🤩✨
This office currently owes me money and they've been giving me the runaround for 5 months. The office is barely open Thursdays and every other Saturday. I had to physically go to the office to get my x-rays because the system wasn't working. I've had a terrible experience with contacting this office and getting a response. Avoid at all costs.
Dr Olan was very supportive during the procedure. He explained everything he was doing with each step and was reassuring. I felt comfortable even though I was very nervous. I had no pain following the procedure and even received a call from him that evening to check on me. I was very satisfied with his care.
After my consultation i was advised by Dr. Olan to receive a specific treatment for the cleaning of my teeth. I was missing my insurance card that day but i sent it via email the day after. I sent a text message inquiring about this treatment. It is essential for my mouth to get cleaned thoroughly so i can continue the process of fixing my teeth. Receiving this was the whole point of my consultation with Dr Olan. She never called me back. I called multiple times they told me it takes up to 8 weeks. So i call my insurance who... read more
