took my granddaughter to the doctor in chatsworth and the front desk person was rude. a nurse called us back. she was very short with me and didn't make eye contact with us the whole time. we felt like we were a waste of her time. my granddaughter had to take her shoes off to be weighed and later came back in tears wanting lo leave cause she over heard the nurse talking to another nurse in front of other people about how bad her feet smelled and were laughing about it. isn't there a law were they are not to talk about a pati... read more
This is the shittiest doctors office I have ever been too arrived at 2:45 didn't get called back til after 3:30 and at 4:20 still hadn't been seen by a doctor for our daughters wellness check these doctors don't care about their patients they care about getting paid by our children's medical insurance they are rude and ignore parents concerns about their child they don't do anything but give shots the damn nurses do more then the doctors and my daughter sees a different doctor every time she has gone to whites this so called... read more
Staff went above and beyond for my son!! He had an urgent need and insurance approval was dragging their feet but this staff jumped right in to take care of us!!! <3
I am love the kids new dr he is helpin so much with my daughters head when i could not get a strait answer out of anyone at anyother doc
