Contacted Honda service center about diagnosing transmission concerns in our 2018 Pilot. They stated over the phone that they could. Took the car in and they stated that they cannot even work on transmissions because "Honda doesn't sell the parts". Told us the only option for them is to replace the whole transmission. Proceeded to charge us for the diagnostic fee and would not give us a report of what diagnostics they ran. They made us pay and said someone would get with us about getting the report and have yet to hear back ... read more
They're great. Very reliable, and I can usually get an appointment for the day/time I call. This last time particular, the customer-facing service guy was very nice. I think his name was Tyler?
