Ok, this is an out of state purchase and online. We dealt with Jade Stevenson and at first all was good and he was responsive to our inquires on the advertised 2023 Yukon Denali Ultimate used with high mileage. Jade did a video walk around to detail the imperfections and to answer questions. Out of state online purchase of 2023 used vehicle in the $90-100k price range a customer should receive honest and ethical customer service pre and post purchase. The dealership was notified immediately upon our delivery of vehicle by enclosed transport of the condition of windshield crack in driver's side. The local GMC dealership here during its intake of our vehicle for a repair covered under manufacture warranty for electrical issue confirmed it is an existing older crack and was repaired previously.
