This is for the body shop-2 different experiences-AWFUL. Each time I dealt with the managers/the guys in charge. Each of them were angry and annoyed. I asked a few questions about rewards and they were just mean. On top that, the last time they did not tighten something so I had to take it to be tightened. They were also more expensive than my normal place.

Just left this dealership and have never been so disgusted in my life. I am struggling with words to explain the way I was just treated by Chris in their customer service department. Took my father in laws truck in for repair on a mirrored there was a misunderstanding the price to be charged on the mirror. In full disclosure I feel as though the misunderstanding was on my end, however the way Chris spoke to me should not be tolerated in any business whatsoever.
