Been driving OTR for Whiteline since late August of this year, enjoy my travel agent and everyone else there. No pressure, no hassle, affordable benefits, very well maintained equipment, mainly light freight and mileage pay is above average. 18 year veteran to trucking and I really like it here!
I've been with Whiteline almost 4 years and what can I say its Trucking! Whiteline is a hell of a lot better then others I have worked for just wish the miles were more consistent .
Poorly run at the regional level by management and dispatchers that should have been updated 7-10 years ago. They certainly dislike their jobs and have little regard for the needs of the people who sacrifice their lives earning a living on the road. Turnover is huge due to the "if you don't like it, empty your truck" line given to anyone with logistical suggestions. Thank God I kept my nose clean while I padded my resume for a good job. I score them 2 of 10.
