needs a renigotiated pay package.need better people net training.basically a good company.will probably work here for another year if they can put up with me.on time and safe is the formost rule of opperation. old equipment but well maintained. assigned equipment makes for happier drivers.

I still work here. Nice people and accommodations can be made for family problems. Nice Trucks, all Tolls paid. The biggest issue here is communication. They expect on time delivery and if you can't do it you need to communicate.

I was an owner operator forWEL for 25 years. I made a good living and met many great people. I recommend them to anyone who is dependable and wants to work.

One of their driver ran into our truck and did extensive damage. They don't want to pay the claim. Very dishonest company!

When they our truck there were two people in their truck and they were too damn lazy to get out and check. After they hit a show quality truck all the dumb b××ch passenger said was " it's only a truck." Quality steering wheel holders working for a dirt bag company!
