Cool, calm, thorough, professional. Bingo!
Staff and doctor are pleasant and attentive. They are also apologetic about their billing practice. 1st visit a biopsy was done and stitches were required. 2nd visit to have stitches removed and receive the biopsy results; charged for a full office visit since the results were discussed. Next course of action being taken, the doctor wants me to come in again for a culture sample, which I will be charged for an office visit: for that and again to receive the results. Still no relief from issue.
