Just don’t move here I was evicted for things other people was doing in the building like leaving there trash by the side of my door because I was on the first floor and noise but there was a couple whom lived above me who fought and called the police on each other a lot and no retaliation. I did not get a 30 day notice parking was horrible staff is very rude. It’s not worth the money at all. I’ve never experienced a leasing office sooo uptight with so many restrictions for the price that they are asking for.
VERY POOR If you can find anywhere else to move PLEASE DO!! this place is high in price and a rip off. Both of the other reviews I see on here is ABSOLUTELY RIGHT with the parking situation, that crap needs to get fix asap. White Avenue on top of the hill us no safe place for your car to be parked due to speeding around that bend and childish people doing stupid stuff how are you supposed to keep an eye out on your vehicle if you can't even see it!! They should try parking up there. DON'T MOVE HERE PLEASE!! AVOID IT, RUN!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE Whatever you do not move here!! Walls a paper thin you can hear everything that goes on in the entire building. Parking is horrible even before they started permit parking and after. VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARK, THEY WILL HAVE TO PARK UP A HILL WHERE IT IS EASY FOR THEIR CAR TO GET DAMAGED! Also Even though you are a permit holder and you pay your rent on time your car can be towed for any given reason and you would have to pay 350 just to get it out!! Parking Would have given a higher rating but had to rate lower due to parking. No visitors parking allowed. Visitors have to park on street and walk down a long hill. Only one parking pass given and that is to the lease holder. I guess they are not supposed to have visitors. I wouldn't move there.
