I have enjoyed living in this community. It is safe, well-kept and is filled with many amenities that we can all enjoy.
The property and staff are great, and the grounds and facilities are well kept. My one big complaint is a lack of video surveillance in the parking lots. Too many instances of vandalism and theft to resident vehicles for Greystar to continue ignoring it. Also, I am pretty certain that when two strange vehicles pull into the lot next to 8514 and pass items back and forth and then leave a few moments later they know that there aren't any cameras as well.
Opal and the leasing agents are great! I have a hard time working with the assistant property manager. Aside from him I love living here, I’ve been here two years transistioned to a bigger apartment and all. Everyone’s experience will differ but over I have enjoyed my stay here.
