RecommendedThe community is peaceful & quiet. I love my apartment and the floor plan. It makes me feel very comfortable and the staff is very nice. The gym and yoga room is awesome but the best amenity is the pool area.
The lived at Whitehall Parc for 10 months and loved every minute of it. I was in a large one bedroom that was over 900 square feet and lived on the first floor with direct access for my dogs. The community grounds were well maintained (one of the best looking in the area by far) and the office team is always helpful and professional. The only reason I am leaving is because I recently purchased, otherwise I would be renewing my lease! Taylor is amazing!!! From beginning to the end she has been so helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. The entire team is just simply the best!
The location is great and they have the best floor plans.
ATTENTION: Smokers or if you have friends that smoke!! This is not the place for you to live. They consider this a “smoke free” community so if you want to/ guest smoke you have to walk of the property( in the front by a busy road ) in order to do so without paying a fine. They don’t have the property labeled so unless you read your lease you would not know this. When you move in they give you a sheet that says no smoking at the pool but no further guidance. On one had staff are friendly and 1st offense is a warning!
