They tow residents cars here.... there are limited grills .... this is my second review I’m pretty sure they will delete this one as well
DO NOT MOVE HERE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Owners and property management are always changing!!!!! There is not parking problem (but they claim it is) I’ve been here for 3 years and I would’ve previously told anyone to move here but since LINCOLN PROPERTY COMPANY came it’s been HORRIBLE!!!! They are now implementing parking passes which is a total inconvenience for the residents and their guest!!!!! 1 star!!!!!! I wish I could give them no star!!!!!

Whitehall Estates would be much better off without RKW running it. Service requests take several days to be fulfilled.
I have lived here 6 years and it has been wonderful until the most recent management change. Maintenance requests are ignored, the trash bins are constantly a mess and smell horrible, the outside has been very neglected....litter all over and no pressure washing the building. We have a water main leak at the entrance so you either walk through mud or water which is also causing mosquitoes all over.
