CGU using this company for their claims and assessing. When they came to my home, the guy on the phone (Scott) was rude and argumentative. I was being as detailed as possible on the phone regarding the event and on the report he wrote that I was very vague and ambiguous. As he called my work mobile i have it recorded and i definitely was not vague or ambiguous. Had an insurance quote to replace a shared fence from White Wolf. Wished to go ahead with the neighbours, but despite being told by the assessor that I could organise a repair with them, am told that White Wolf will not actually do a repair for a shared fence. No customer service explaining why not, or apologising for being given incorrect information by the assessor - so have to go back to square one to get someone to come out. DO NOT USE & PRAY THEY ARE NOT ASSIGNED TO YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS! I made a claim with NRMA for storm damage over a year ago and this mob as well as a dehumidifier guy and an electrician were assigned to make safe. There was water ingress from a gap in the roof, into a bathroom through a downlight and the ceiling, which White Wolf used silicone to plug and told me it shouldn't need a roofer to permanent fix.
