I made a claim with NRMA for storm damage over a year ago and this mob as well as a dehumidifier guy and an electrician were assigned to make safe. There was water ingress from a gap in the roof, into a bathroom through a downlight and the ceiling, which White Wolf used silicone to plug and told me it shouldn't need a roofer to permanent fix. Recently used for our home insurance repairs, lack of urgency, lack of communication. Work wasn’t completed in full. The contractor they sent out tried to plaster, seal, undercoat and paint a ceiling in one day. Of course bubbled and he had to come back and did the same thing again. further water damage in a “repaired” room now they’re saying “new incident, new claim needs to be lodged” What a joke!

First experience in an insurance claim so was worried it be stuffed around at all angles. Darryl Mitchell was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Had assessment done within a week and all trades have already come in and done the jobs.
