DO NOT GO HERE!! They don’t know how to send out a referral correctly or answer the phones I’ve been dealing with with this place for far too long and all they did was take my money I’ve gotten no where when it comes to my health I don’t recommend anybody to go here even the doctor I had DR. Hamilton I had to report to Florida health department he has no clue what he’s doing he even pulled up his phone to google search in front of me and insisted to crack my back even though he isn’t a licensed chiropractor! Have been here a few times already for my baby and each nurse is absolutely fantastic- they are sweet, personable, and caring and Dr. Parm is also amazing- she is very knowledgeable, helpful, and caring as well. Love coming here!
I really like the care I received today during my visit with Dr. Hamilton at the Navarre, Location. He asks questions, makes eye contact, LISTENS and truly cares! I'm picky! So, Big Shout Out to, Dr. Hamilton. I can receive care from any doctor but I want Great care! Thank you! We can be rough on providers sometimes - thank you again!

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. They’ve lost my labs multiple times and have billed my visit incorrectly more than once, costing me more in co-pays than I should have been charged. Customer service is not helpful and refuses to change the bill.
