I have been extremely happy with White Wilson, particularly Brittany and Dr Hamilton. Due to several health issues I have, I am there for appointments fairly often. Like any large health care facility, there will always be a glitch here and there. I personally, have faith that I am receiving excellent healthcare. The front desk staff is always friendly and professional. The nurse staff have always treated me respectfully and with great care.
Our experience with White-Wilson Medical, particularly with Dr. Hamilton and pediatrician Dr. Parm, has been disturbing and unacceptable. My husband has been waiting since May for a referral for a sleep study. Despite repeated calls from us and the sleep study clinic, Dr. Hamilton has not responded. The sleep study group even told us they’ve called multiple times with no answer or follow-up. It’s been months, and my husband’s care has been completely stalled due to this negligence. DO NOT GO HERE!! They don’t know how to send out a referral correctly or answer the phones I’ve been dealing with with this place for far too long and all they did was take my money I’ve gotten no where when it comes to my health I don’t recommend anybody to go here even the doctor I had DR. Hamilton I had to report to Florida health department he has no clue what he’s doing he even pulled up his phone to google search in front of me and insisted to crack my back even though he isn’t a licensed chiropractor! Have been here a few times already for my baby and each nurse is absolutely fantastic- they are sweet, personable, and caring and Dr. Parm is also amazing- she is very knowledgeable, helpful, and caring as well. Love coming here!
I really like the care I received today during my visit with Dr. Hamilton at the Navarre, Location. He asks questions, makes eye contact, LISTENS and truly cares! I'm picky! So, Big Shout Out to, Dr. Hamilton. I can receive care from any doctor but I want Great care! Thank you! We can be rough on providers sometimes - thank you again!
