This was my primary care provider for years until I moved overseas. I recently had my mom transfer to White Wilson, and she’s just as thrilled with their care as I was. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff and the quality of care are in Navarre!

Horrible front office rescheduled my appointment without telling me resulting in me having to wait an additional hour for an appointment that I showed up on time for. Terrible service. Do not come here.

Insurance fraud galore! (I do medical coding and billing as my job.) This office likes to add extra 20-30 min office visit codes to make your bill higher and that my friends is what we call insurance fraud. Example: I had a 2 minute long phone appointment. Tell me why they billed for the appointment and an additional 20 min. The ONLY reason I didn’t report it as fraud to my insurance, is because I actually like my provider and she would be the one to get penalized by the insurance company. I have been extremely happy with White Wilson, particularly Brittany and Dr Hamilton. Due to several health issues I have, I am there for appointments fairly often. Like any large health care facility, there will always be a glitch here and there. I personally, have faith that I am receiving excellent healthcare. The front desk staff is always friendly and professional. The nurse staff have always treated me respectfully and with great care.
