Been a customer for a decade and was stunned today when the person answering phones argued with us about how much water was delivered which really sucked, not only are we shorted on our water, we’re lying as well
White Water has a great selection of water as well as 1st class delivery service.
When everything goes well for a company based on service of course things are good. But a real test is when things AREN'T or DIDN'T go well and how a company handles themselves and how they treat their client. And that's why I rated them a 5 star. I've been a client for 8 months, and ran into a problem when we moved houses, we were out of water, and some circumstances out of their control happened and they missed my delivery.
