These guys are great to work with! Price is right, delivery service was great, and water quality is superior!
My card was charged before I could before I even sign the contract.... I was told its the way their "portal" works. I was told the hold would be taken off my card today after I canceled the service but we shall see. Just be advised your card will be charged before you view, read or sign their contract.. Good luck reading the fine print lol
20% price increases without notification and rude customer service. Their portal looks like it was developed in the early 2000’s.
