Absolutely awful. Don't buy your investment property from them unless you don't want any communication or updates on your build. Also, still waiting almost 2 years for my investment property to be completed.
I contracted Whitestone for a new construction single family home in 2021. For two years, trying to get updates on the project, or any sort of communication was virtually impossible. At times it felt like I was being intentionally avoided. They even tried to trick me into signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement by running it through the title company at closing. After I confronted them with proof of an over-payment they stopped all communication. I have contacted an attorney and am pursuing litigation for $95,040.75
We are accruing thousands of interest due to Whitestone’s inability to complete a project on time (easily a year after the property was promised to be finished) and they have provided very little communication as to their issue in getting the property finished. They’ve responded with “waiting for a well” for a year now. We are seeking a breach of contract if this property is not finished immediately. All other white stone customers - please reach out to me directly so we can seek legal remedies together.

Have been in CONTRACT to build with Whitestone since Feb 2021.... Yes that's right.... still building July 2023...(11/13 update still not done NOV 2023!!!! still no answers).... Similar situation as George Odisho (and Darin Beamish and many more according to my surveyor/inspectors). Anyone else dealing with Whitestone please contact me for legal team up/info share. Thanks!
