Sales department was ok. That’s for the 1 star and zero isn’t an option. Our company has a couple of machines and when receiving warranty or maintenance the machines come back with more issues than it left with. Loose filters, clamps, bolts scratched panels. This was not a one time experience this was over 4 times. We rented several times from the rental and equipment was always dirty and sub par.
My T770 Went down on 12-23-24 I gave them a call to set up an appointment to have them come out and fix it. It was my hydraulic pump that went down which I guess the tensioner on the belt broke. Called him about 1 PM. They told me he’d call me back in about 10 minutes cause I was going to schedule it for Thursday or Friday because of Christmas.
