I had an event to go to, so I really had to give my suit for dry cleaning. I gave it to them when I got my order back, and it was burnt in a few places. The suit's colour got lighter, and it was corduroy. Hence, it was expensive, I'm really upset with the service and my suit feels like it's ruined, don't recommend coming here.

*EDIT* Revising my my previous review to share an update on a recent positive experience. Remarkably, she managed to find my missing sweater, which had been lost for two years. The fact that she took the time to look for it, especially when previous managers had brushed me off, speaks volumes about her commitment to making improvements within the staff. The staff is top notch, so polite and helpful. Clothes always ready when oromised; usually earlier. And the quality of their work is great.

Used the wash, dry, fold service at the Hixson location. Super friendly, let me bring my own detergent, and accommodated my request for no fabric softener. Clothes were done in a little over 24 hours, and I'm very happy!
