Great service and staff. Never had an issue with my clothes not being ready when promised or not cleaned and pressed like I requested. I recommend getting one of the blue bags so that you can quickly drop off your dry cleaning and have your account and preferences tied to the bag making it super easy and trouble free.
Quality has gone downhill, recently had two dresses cleaned - one was clearly not pressed, the other has the same wrinkles on the back that were on it when I sent it in for cleaning. I’ve had issues with this cleaner misplacing items (eventually found) but the quality of the cleaning was good so I stayed with them - now that has gone downhill. I’ll be looking for another dry cleaner.
