TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I took my very elegant and expensive king size down Comforter to be cleaned and pressed. I dropped it off in the morning and received a text message that it was done FOUR hours later. When I picked it up, I noticed that it was Exactly as I had taken it. When I informed the staff that my blanket did not look like it had been cleaned at all, they immediately recognize that I was right and said to come back in a few days and they would do it right. White Star Dry Cleaners has been fantastic. The drive-thru and after-hours drop-off make it incredibly convenient, and the location near my daughter’s school is a huge plus. Their work is always high quality, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate that they use an environmentally friendly cleaning process without PCE chemicals.

I love this place! He really does care. !! He will respond to anything you may ask of him !! Such a great guy.!! Really in touch with what is happening in his business.. I had an event to go to, so I really had to give my suit for dry cleaning. I gave it to them when I got my order back, and it was burnt in a few places. The suit's colour got lighter, and it was corduroy. Hence, it was expensive, I'm really upset with the service and my suit feels like it's ruined, don't recommend coming here.
