IRENE insulted my 6 YEAR OLD SON and me. She said his mouth was "bombed out" and hung up on me. There were several unprofessional communications prior to this. She showed NO interest in truly helping us. Timeline over a week span: My neighbor referred me to this place. I inquired. Irene tells me the appointment is $250.00 for consultation/cleaning. Oh my goodness I am beyond amazed. Dr. Mallery was so patient. She took her time and made sure I wasn't in any pain. She explained EVERY detail and I never felt in the dark or lost. Carrie.... thank you for talking to me in all those phone calls and being patient with me. I took advantage of the new patient special and I found my new favorite place. I felt so relaxed and welcomed today, it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The staff was knowledgeable and answered every single question I had. The services were beyond what I expected and I’m incredibly grateful to have found a dentist that understands my dental health concerns! ❤️
I highly recommend White Sands Dentistry. I had an amazing visit today. I normally get very anxious when going to the dentist but the staff and Dr.Mallery put me at ease. I've never been treated so well when going to the dentist before. They explained everything in detail and consistently asked how I was doing.
