I have terminal cancer and sometimes I can barely move, I missed an appointment and received a Threatening letter saying if I can’t make my appointment I should quit and go somewhere else !! If everyone who misses an appointment did what they want you to do, the building would be cold and vacant, we all aren’t as perfect as they think we should be !! A hurt and very upset 😡 patient !!
Please fix your phone service! There's an error message saying the call cannot be completed. Tried with 3 different phones.. NO ONE CAN CALL!
Been a patient for a few years now, rarely need to go. Had a physical scheduled, drove over 45 minutes for it (sat in traffic most of the time) and was 9 minutes late. They wouldn’t take me. They were not accommodating or friendly AT ALL. Definitely won’t be going back there.
Been a patient for over 10 years. Best practice in town. Doctors who actually listen and care.
I’ve been seeing Dr Carpenter since she started the practice. She is wonderful! Everyone is friendly, efficient and professional. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a quality group of Doctors. Thanks
I have been seeing Dr. Mann fir 18+ years. He is an awesome Dr. and I feel more like a family member than just some patient. The nurses are wonderful and very kind. The office staff is friendly, accurate, and responsive. In a medical world that seems to get harder to understand the office folks make it a lot easier to deal with.
