on dec 15 i was in a car wreck. the 2 thugs they set out to the scene. look and should be in jail. not only did they take the money out of my pocket. they had no regard for my safety. they try to talk me in to admitting things I didn't not do. i had a elbow injury so they cut off my jeans. which made no sense what so ever. (as he cut my pants off he was laughing saying oh these look expensive) i dont know the screening process to be come a EMT. but they obviously need to be screen better. i would of been better off taking my... read more
My wife needed to use their service today as she was unable to lift her leg high enough to get into our vehicle. Now she is in pain just standing after they banged her foot loading her in a wheelchair. She believes it to be broken but we are unable to transport her to check it out..
We had an event where they were hired as the EMS on hand for any potential injuries. We did have an injury and they never tended to the person after repeated requests. Luckily we had someone on hand who WAS trained and was able to wrap the ankle. In case you are wondering, yes, we still have to pay the bill for service that was to be provided but wasn't.
White Rose Ambulance is an incredible organization, I'm a person with a lot of complicated health issues, and they come quickly, very attentive, and really do their job, and they CARE....very wonderful people....just the best, I've been with them for many years....BRAVO WHITE ROSE!!!!!
