Put my appointment off 3 times and only excuses as to why. Finally got to office and found dead cockroaches on the floor in the lobby. I left as I can't handle that. Called St Mary's office and they never called back.
Absolutely ?? a clown show with incompetent staff. They do not give timely appointments, in fact you have to wait hours ! Called before hand and they did not mentioned being behind and reschedule in fact I had to leave after 1 hour and 45 minutes because I had another appointment and rescheduled that same day over the phone and went in today and the snotty ladies up front with a smirk on there face said I had no appointment. Wasted 6 hours of work time on these fools and had to deal with spiteful staff setting up appointment... read more
Pathetic experience all around. No people skills whatsoever. From Shelby on the phone to the doctor himself. SO unprofessional. Run down office building. DO NOT GO HERE. I think because he has no competition in Russellville, he can run this kind of sickening operation. TERRIBLE
He explained very little before and even less after the procedure.
