The staff is very polite and friendly! They even laugh at my silly jokes! That's one way to get a tip in my book . Plus the atmosphere is nice. I've been 3 times now and unless they're good actors they greet me like they know me
The coffee was a bit tart. Excellent flavor but tarty. Also $6 for coffee to open it to find it looking like this. No whip half full
Tried them last night. Truly awful experience. The coffee tastes days bitter and days old, food is stale and tasteless, and the staff couldn't be more pretentious and unwelcoming. Definitely choosing Starbucks next time.

I swear after covid this place sucks.. I've gave this place many chances. -They don't even answer the phone when you try to call and make an order. -When they do answer the phone, place your order, get there to pick it up.. what do you know... there out of what you order.. wtf! literally called ahead!
